  • Returned items must be in their original condition, including all accessories and documentation.
  • Any damages must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the item to support at hypeclip.com.

  • Provide your order number and detailed information about the items you’re returning, including the reason for return.
  • Follow the instructions given by our team for a smooth return of your items.

Inspection and Refunds:

  • Our team will inspect the returned items for any damage or signs of use.
  • Refunds are issued based on the condition of the returned items.
  • Items in their original condition will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Electronics that have been customized or modified are not returnable, except in cases of damage or defects.

Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the items are damaged or defective.
  • We advise using a traceable shipping service and obtaining shipping insurance for returns.

Restocking Fee:

  • Returns not related to damage or defects may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
